From February 16 to 20, 2025, Cairo Climate Talks, in collaboration with the Egyptian Association of Wildlife Photographers (EAWP) and under the patronage of the Ministry of Environment, proudly hosted the 4th Egypt Bird Photography Exhibition at the Goethe-Institut Bustan, Cairo

The exhibition showcased a stunning array of photographs capturing Egypt’s endemic and migratory bird species, including several endangered birds, highlighting the country’s rich avian biodiversity. The exhibition aimed to raise awareness about the importance of bird conservation and the vital role birds play in maintaining ecological balance.

Through the powerful lens of wildlife photographers, visitors were invited to explore the intersection of art, environmental awareness, and biodiversity preservation. The event celebrated the work of Egypt’s wildlife photographers, whose dedication continues to inspire action and dialogue around conservation.

The exhibition not only honors the dedication of Egypt’s wildlife photographers but also affirms their vital contribution to environmental education and community engagement in biodiversity protection efforts.

The Egyptian Association of Wildlife Photographers (EAWP), a non-governmental organization, was established to champion wildlife photography in Egypt and serve as a driving force in conservation advocacy. Through exhibitions, knowledge-sharing, and capacity-building, EAWP fosters a collaborative environment for photographers and promotes public engagement in safeguarding Egypt’s rich and fragile ecosystems.
